Vista Lago Apartments

I read all of the one star reviews regarding this complex. I’m going to say that each and every one of those reviews are 100% true and I’ve had similar experiences as well. I miss the old management before this so-called “ZRS management.” I’ve lived there for 13 years and when the new management came, the quality of living there went downhill. 1. They never replace broken appliances or do order requests. You have to actually physically call them in order for them to sent something over or to have someone look at the problem. 2. We’ve left several requests over the last couple of years trying to get new appliances and they refused or didn’t even want to do it. In fact, every time I requested it, they would simply deny it or cancel it. 3. The staff. Awful. Horrible service for the tenants. They always give you an attitude. I’ll never forget the first time I met the new manager. I wanted to negotiate my lease renewal and she didn’t even want to make an appointment with me or talk to me in person. All she did was yell at me across the room “GO SEND ME AN EMAIL! I WILL ONLY RESPOND EMAIL ONLY!!!” Very rude. Every time I call or ask for requests, they aren’t welcoming or “warm” to us. Just mean, cold, and distant. Like their corporate company. 4. I mean I’m not expecting to get my security deposit but OWING them after I moved out even though we’ve lived in carpet only, kept the place clean and tidy, and yet have the audacity to charge us after moving out?! Pitiful. I really miss the old management. The staff and community was way better than the one now. If it were a few years ago, I’d give this place 5 stars but now, 1 star is not enough.

I don’t like the service that the maintenance team provides. It is very unprofessional. If your AC breaks down, they do not make it a priority to resolve the issue. Another time I requested an AC filter, the maintenance guy left it outside my door. I have been living in this community for a year now, and I don’t think they are doing a good job.

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with everything. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted with a warm welcome and excellent customer service. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and modern. The appliances are all top of the line, and the finishes are of the highest quality. The amenities are also fantastic - the gym is well-equipped, the pool is pristine, and the community areas are all beautifully maintained. What really sets this apartment complex apart, though, is the sense of community. From resident events to social media groups, there are countless opportunities to meet and connect with neighbors. The management team truly goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, inclusive environment. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience. The staff, amenities, and community all combine to make it an exceptional place to call home.

I had a great experience with maintenance. He came to fix a few things ant first such as outlets, fans , lights etc and once I showed him a couple more things that had to be fixed, he was right on it quickly, swiftly and expeditiously was the word to describe has fast he got some of these things done.He even offered to bring me a new sink with no problem. I then encountered another issue with my dryer and boom, dryer fixed. Living here has been such a piece of mind so Thank you Vista Lago for all that you do and have done.
